The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-round fight which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the combatants confronted each other to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Ex two time world heavyweight champion Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I'm going to break his face and break his body up. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
Despite these statements, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally recognized for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead targeted ex Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "a joke" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK opponent Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, frequently receiving huge earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old anticipated a stoppage in rounds four or five and asserted he would prevent the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Size Disparity
As both boxers engaged in the traditional stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how surprising this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the match is really happening.
